Heather Ovesen sold my house for me back in July.  I cannot say enough nice things about her.  She went way above and beyond anything I would have expected and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or an issue that I called her with, she always made sure she got back to me right away with an answer.  Even when we hit a few bumps, she was right on top of it and never stopped working to get the sale done.  I would recommend her to anyone who was thinking about buying or selling a home.

It was great working with Heather. She’s very knowledgeable. She Didn’t quit when we ran into a few issues with timing deadlines. Heather even went out her way to help out with retrieving/dropping off documents. Gave good advice and even provided guidance after the sale. Will hire her again if i purchase or sell another property.

We will forever be grateful for Heather and the team at Ovesen. We thought that buying a house in this market would never happen, but with Heather’s thoughtful guidance, insight, and knowledge of the neighborhood, we bought our first home in Boston after being renters here for many years. Heather is more than a realtor. We joked that she could be a home inspector because of everything she noted or pointed out in our first walk through of the house. This is a person who knows homes, how they are built, how they last, and what will be an issue in the future. She was kind, thorough, careful, and honest. We felt taken care of and sure of our decision because we had Heather beside us. We hope to be in this house for many years to come, but if we ever need to sell, Heather will be our first call. I wish everyone could have a Heather in their corner during the stressful time that is home buying and selling.

Over the past 15 years Heather has helped us buy and sell 3 homes, a condo in the South End and two houses in Westwood, MA. Her knowledge of every detail involved in the buying and selling process is why I’ve always gone back to her and recommended her to friends and family. Her communication skills and endless patience with all my questions is also why she is a pleasure to work with. I found it very telling when we bought our last house that the selling broker spoke so highly of Heather and said she would be happy to work with her.

Heather made the closing process easy and took care of everything that needed to be done.  We are thrilled with the property and thankful for everything that Heather did to make this happen, in the middle of a pandemic! Not only is Heather fabulous at her job, but she also is extremely thoughtful.  Because we were driving to Boston from out of town, Heather would bring pastries from local bakeries for us to have when we were looking at properties.  She is truly wonderful.

I hired Emma at Otis Street Design to redo our Master Bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! Emma was a pleasure to work with and took care of all the details from start to finish.

She spent a lot of time learning about my likes and dislikes and came up with a design that I love. She found the contractors and worked with them for every step of the project. She is very detail-oriented and truly thought of everything. Emma is also very cost-conscious which is a big plus for a designer. She has a great eye and came up with finishing touches which were unique and wonderful! Months after the project has been completed, I am still so happy with the finished job. She gave me the bathroom I truly wanted! I would highly recommend hiring Emma!
