Time for a personalized home assessment

During this conversation, we’ll talk about what your home is like, why you’re choosing to move, and what the current value of your home and neighborhood is. There’s no added work here on your end. Just leave your home as it is, and we’ll create a plan to put it in its best possible light.

Review market data and conditions

We know that maximizing your investment is crucial to a successful outcome. So we do everything necessary – including researching comparable properties and scouring sales data – to ensure that we establish the best asking price possible based on your home’s condition and the local market conditions.

Step three

Home staging & preparation

What makes a home attractive to a buyer? Presenting it in its best, cleanest form so the buyer can see him/herself living there. In this step, we’ll go through each and every room of your house with you, and assist in the staging process to prep for our professional photographer. We even have a professional stager with furniture on hand, if you want.

Step Four

Let’s open your doors and advertise

This step is a two-tiered effort aimed at generating buzz, interest and ultimately, offers. Open Houses are always a huge draw to qualified buyers, and provide a firsthand opportunity to educate them about your home’s unique features. The advertising component includes everything from targeted digital and email marketing, to social media advertising, outdoor signage, and brochures.

Time to sort through the offers

This is the “sigh of relief” step of the process where we sit down with you and review all of the terms of offers that have been made on your home. Then, after assessing the pros and cons of each, we’ll make a recommendation on accepting whichever offer is most attractive and advantageous based on your specific needs.

Celebrate closing day

This is the moment that you – and we – have been waiting for! At this point, our team of hand-picked, knowledgeable experts, handle all of the closing services, and ensure that the final inspection goes smoothly. Then we celebrate a successful close!
